Wyoming Conservative Launches Congressional Campaign

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray (R) announced that he is seeking to fill Rep. Harriet Hageman’s seat in Congress, who is now running for the U.S. Senate.

“I’m running for Congress to continue fighting for Wyoming’s way of life,” Secretary Gray announced. “With Congresswoman Harriet Hageman running for U.S. Senate, Wyoming needs a representative who will build on her strong record, advance our shared Wyoming values, and advance the Trump agenda that has delivered the largest margin of victory in the nation in three straight presidential elections.”

“When political insiders abandoned President Trump, I didn’t flinch,” Gray wrote. “I stood with the President and the American people, because in this country voters decide elections – not radical leftist attorneys.”

In his campaign video, Gray vowed to treat drug smugglers as terrorists, dismantle “woke wind” projects, protect women’s sports, and support mass deportation efforts.

Gray’s campaign comes as Hageman seeks to do what she can to “serve the state of Wyoming,” Cowboy State Daily. She further explained that her focus is on the upper chamber because “so much of the bad policy that’s affected Wyoming over the last 20 years has come out of Washington, D.C.”

President Trump issued a statement in support of Hageman, writing on Truth Social,  “I know Harriet well, and she is a TOTAL WINNER! Harriet has ALWAYS delivered for Wyoming, and will continue to do so in the United States Senate,” adding, “Harriet Hageman has my Complete and Total Endorsement to be your next Senator — SHE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!”
