‘Walz Failed’ Found on Roof of Governor’s Mansion

Authorities have launched an investigation after the phrase “Walz Failed” appeared to be painted on the roof of the governor’s mansion.

The phrase was discovered as a news helicopter flew over the mansion. It remains unknown how long the statement had been on the roof.

A spokesperson for the Minnesota State Patrol said the Saint Paul Police Department and the Minnesota State Patrol are “investigating who defaced equipment at the Governor’s residence and when it happened. No one is currently living at the residence while it is under construction. The agencies aren’t going to speak to specific security procedures and will not speculate on any aspects of this ongoing investigation.”

The Walz’s have not been living at the governor’s mansion during its renovations.
