In a recent disturbing incident at Hazelbrook Middle School, Tualatin, Oregon, a video circulating on social media platforms portrays a male student, identifying as a trans girl, allegedly attacking a female student.

The video, which has now gone viral, showcases a significant physical altercation between the two students.

Ben Edtl, a concerned parent and the founder of a local conservative group called ‘Free Oregon,’ has taken to social media to express his concern and dissatisfaction over the school’s handling of the incident, World Net Daily (WND) reports.

According to Edtl, this is not the first time such an event has occurred involving the accused student.

He alleges, “This is the third girl he assaulted at Hazelbrook.”

In a passionate social media post, Edtl conveyed the fears many parents are now experiencing:

“Our girls are at risk in Oregon Schools,” he said. “This attack happened at Hazlebrook Middle School in the Tigard Tualatin School District in Oregon. What you’re seeing is a large boy, who identifies as a girl ambush a smaller girl from behind. Both of these children are the victims of the adults that run this school district. So far, neither the district or the school has given parents any answers. This is #oregon.”

The video footage shows the accused, dressed in female attire, charging at the victim from behind, causing her to fall to the ground before aggressively pulling her up by her hair.

During the altercation, the accused is heard uttering derogatory words, to which the victim responds, “I didn’t do anything!”

Edtl further expressed his disdain towards the school’s policies, accusing them of rewarding students for “declaring false gender” and supporting their “[egregious] behavior with ‘Restorative Justice’.”

He specifically called for the termination of school principal Dr. Susan Rieke Smith for negligence or perhaps complicity in handling such matters.

Following the incident, the Tualatin Police released a statement acknowledging awareness of the issue, emphasizing an ongoing investigation.

However, they noted their inability to comment further due to the involvement of minors.

In a recent development, the victim’s mother issued a stern statement through Edtl, expressing her fury over the incident and the school’s response, WND notes.

She said, “Yesterday my daughter was attacked at school by a biological male student dressed as a girl,” adding that “[a]ssaulting someone is never ok BUT a boy/man should NEVER lay hands on a girl/woman and that’s on the parents for not raising a decent human being.”

She criticized the school’s lack of supervision and demanded answers instead of excuses.

The school district, on the other hand, released a statement condemning violence but criticized the sharing of the video footage.

They reaffirmed their commitment to “inclusivity, diversity and respect.”

However, this stance was seen as defending the alleged attacker by Edtl and the victim’s family, who insist on sharing the “horrific video” to raise awareness and seek justice.

In a final plea, the victim’s mother warned the accused, stating, “Juan, if you see this just know we are coming for you and we will not stop until you are punished in the court of law to the furthest extent. You will NOT get away with this.”

On Friday, Hazelbrook was evacuated following an alleged bomb and school shooting threat, The Post Millennial reported citing investigative journalist Andy Ngô, though law enforcement had not yet confirmed if the threats were related to the video.

The report also noted that Ray Cameron, the Director of Washington County Juvenile Department, had confirmed that charges are pending and a petition has been filed in juvenile court against the trans attacker.

“A petition has been filed with the Juvenile Court and the charges are pending. In light of Oregon records law pertaining to juveniles, we are not able to comment further regarding this particular youth,” he said. “The Washington County Juvenile Department remains committed to enhancing community safety and breaking the cycle of delinquency through effective evidence-based intervention practices and holding youth accountable for their behavior.”
