Trump Stuns Koepka and Gretzky with Jaw-Dropping Viral Golf Chip Shot

Former President Donald Trump drew attention this Thanksgiving weekend not with politics, but with a picture-perfect golf shot that had even the pros impressed.

Trump joined golf champion Brooks Koepka, hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, and Fox News anchor Bret Baier for a round of golf on Saturday. Wearing his signature red MAGA hat and white polo shirt, Trump stepped up to his ball — which was resting a few feet off the green — took a couple of practice swings, and sank a clean chip shot straight into the cup.

Someone off-camera can be heard saying “One time!” as the ball dropped, while Trump casually turned and walked away from the green. He later posted the video on Truth Social, captioned simply: “Winning is always nice!”

Though no final scores were reported, Trump’s shot quickly made headlines and social media rounds. Golfweek called it the kind of chip-in that “everyone loves,” and noted that Trump’s confidence in front of elite athletes like Koepka added to the moment.

The former president also brought up golf in his Thanksgiving remarks to U.S. troops, mocking President Joe Biden’s claimed golf handicap. Trump told service members that Biden “can’t hit a ball 30 yards,” despite Biden’s past claim to being a six handicapper. Trump once again challenged Biden to a charity golf match, offering to donate $1 million if he lost.

“I’ve invited him, but he doesn’t want to show up,” Trump said.

While there’s no word yet on whether Biden will respond to the challenge, Trump’s performance over the weekend was a hole-in-one in the court of public opinion — and maybe a not-so-subtle campaign message, too.
