The United Nations (U.N.) announced that it is investigating “war crimes” committed by both Israel and Iran, claiming it had “serious evidence” that both countries violated international law.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin on charges of illegally deporting children from Ukraine, making him the third serving president to receive an ICC arrest warrant, though Putin is unlikely to face trial soon, according to Reuters.
Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said Russia committed “crimes against humanity” in Ukraine in a Saturday statement, vowing to hold Russia “accountable” for murder, torture and rape.
"We have raised concerns about the treatment of prisoners of war, including alleged killings of POWs by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with Ukraine's Ministry of Defense," Hurtado said. "We are aware of this video, and we believe that it is authentic."
