A radical leftist substitute teacher and anti-police activist was arrested Wednesday in Minneapolis on serious charges involving the exploitation of minors. Preston Palmer, 35, who identifies as nonbinary and has been a vocal critic of law enforcement, was booked into Hennepin County Jail without bail.
