A 29-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, Manuel Umana Solorzano, is facing serious charges in Massachusetts, including multiple counts involving child endangerment and abuse. Following his arrest by the Milford Police Department and U.S. Marshals, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued a detainer request to assume custody.
