Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has sued the Biden administration over a policy that allegedly violated a court order.

An internal memo, dated January 29, 2021, outlines a program that appears to profile certain political views.

"This bill secures the border from President Biden's record, crossings, record carelessness, and record chaos," said Speaker McCarthy. "We identified the problem. Rather than ignoring it, we listened to the American people. And then we took action."

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plan to arrest illegal immigrations across El Paso, Texas, leading to the end of Title 42.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General found that some of the $110 million from the 'American Rescue Plan' for immigrants at the southern border was misused by nonprofits.
