On Wednesday, the Supreme Court admitted that it had posted a document on its website that seemed to indicate that it was prepared to permit emergency abortions in Idaho where a pregnant patient’s health was seriously in danger.
According to Bloomberg, the document indicates that the court will rule that it was improper for it to become involved in the case so rapidly and will reinstate an earlier ruling permitting hospitals in the state to carry out emergency abortions in order to save the health of pregnant patients.
