Permit denied for National Day of Prayer at U.S. Capitol for 1st time in 70 years

(Harbingers Daily) After almost 70 years, the National Day of Prayer this year looks very different in Washington DC. That is because the permit to hold the annual event at the capital was denied for the first time since 1952.

Since the U.S capital building breach on January 6th, the area remains closed off to the public, where the event would usually take place.

The man who sought to obtain the permit for the event, Rev. Patrick Mahoney, who is also director of the Christian Defense Coalition, rebuked the decision to deny the Prayer at the capital. “After our permit was denied, for the first time in 70 years, there will be NO PUBLIC witness at the U.S. Capitol Building for the National Day Of Prayer! Brothers and sisters, free speech is in danger today in America,” he wrote on Twitter.

Arizona Senate President Says She Thinks Election Audit Will Uncover ‘Irregularities’

The 2020 election audit going on in Arizona’s largest county will likely uncover some issues, the state’s Senate president said on Thursday.

“I hope we don’t find anything serious. I think we’ll find irregularities that is going to say, you know what, there’s this many dead people voted, or this many who may have voted that don’t live here anymore. We’re going to find those,” Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, said on Arizona PBS.

“We know those exist, but everybody keeps saying, ‘You have no proof.’ Well, maybe we’ll get the proof out of this so we can fix those holes that are there. I hope there’s no fraud there—I don’t even like using the word, because that would truly shake the utter ground of everything we believe in in our election system. But if—and I mean a big if—there is, then it will be turned over to the authorities, they can take care of it and the Senate will do whatever we can to close down those loopholes,” she added.

The state Senate ordered the audit of Maricopa County ballots and machines after the November general election. After the county fought against subpoenas, it agreed to send most of the subpoenaed materials, and the audit started on April 23. The county is still withholding routers.

Report: Blue States Lost Double the Jobs Than Red States During Pandemic

States that voted for President Joe Biden in the last election lost more than twice the number of jobs during the pandemic on average during the pandemic than states who voted for former President Donald Trump, according to a recent study.

Job losses differed significantly during the lockdowns for the Chinese coronavirus pandemic for states based on party affiliations, according to a recent analysis by the Daily Mail.

According to the report, states that voted for Biden on average lost 6.2 percent of jobs versus states that voted for Trump, which only lost 2.5 percent of jobs.

Michelle Obama defends Black Lives Matter

Former first lady Michelle Obama defended Black Lives Matter by explaining that she and other black people live in fear while doing everyday tasks.

She made the comments to Gayle King of CBS News in an interview to be aired on Monday.

“We know that while we’re all breathing a sigh of relief over the verdict, there’s still work to be done,” said Obama.

“Many of us still live in fear as we go to the grocery store, or worry about our — walking our dogs, or allowing our children to get a license,” she said.

She went on to specifically talk about her worries related to her two daughters, Sasha and Malia, who are 19 and 22 years old, respectively.

“Every time they get in a car by themselves, I worry about what assumption is being made by somebody who doesn’t know everything about them,” Obama explained.

“The fact that they are good students and polite girls,” she added. “But maybe they’re playin’ their music a little loud. Maybe somebody sees the back of their head and makes an assumption.”

Biden Chief of Staff’s Daughter Asked DOJ to Deploy Federal Monitors for Arizona Audit

Hannah Klain, daughter of President Joe Biden’s powerful Chief of Staff Ron Klain, recently signed a letter urging the Justice Department to deploy federal monitors to monitor the Arizona State Senate’s audit of 2020 presidential votes in Maricopa County.

The letter, from three groups — the Brennan Center for Justice, the Leadership Conference Education Fund, and Protect Democracy — was sent last week to the Justice Department, expressing concern that the auditors are “engaged in ongoing and imminent violations of federal voting and election laws.”

Elon Musk Says Cryptocurrency Is ‘Promising’, Warns to ‘Invest With Caution’ Ahead of SNL Appearance

The founder of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, is a vocal advocate of cryptocurrency, being especially supportive of ‘dogecoin’ – a crypto based on a shiba inu dog meme that was created ironically.

Elon Musk on Friday took to Twitter to comment on cryptocurrency again, sharing a YouTube video with his remarks on crypto and adding that although it is “promising”, one should “invest with caution”.

“People should not invest their life savings in cryptocurrency, to be clear,” Musk is heard saying in the TMZ video. “That’s unwise.”

He clarified that if one wants to “speculate” and “have fun”, they can take a chance “that crypto is the future currency of Earth.”

“Then it’s like, which one is it going to be? Maybe there will be multiple. But, it’s all speculation at this point”, Musk said.

Governments can weaponize First Amendment to silence critics, groups tell SCOTUS

Appeals court allowed Pennsylvania school districts to file “objectively baseless” suit against anti-union group.

(Just the News) Is it constitutional for the government to file a lawsuit to stop you from criticizing its decisions?

If you live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware, it is for now.

Anti-union and free speech groups are urging the Supreme Court to hear a challenge to a ruling in favor of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA), whose members are public school districts.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that PSBA sued activist Simon Campbell and Pennsylvanians for Union Reform (PFUR) expressly to make them stop filing embarrassing public records requests and pressuring members to leave the PSBA.

Though it determined the suit was “objectively baseless,” the 3rd Circuit upheld “petitioning immunity” for the PSBA. That means it has First Amendment rights to file lawsuits against individuals using their own First Amendment rights to criticize it.

The case has been pending at the Supreme Court for nearly two months yet has received little attention in legal communities. That may soon change: Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of the University of California-Berkeley Law School, recently joined the petitioners as counsel.

“The Third Circuit’s opinion is a road map for how government officials and other state actors can retaliate against their critics with impunity by using the judicial process,” Jack Cohn, who is representing PFUR and Campbell, told Just the News.

Ron DeSantis is giving $1,000 bonuses to all Florida police officers to show them appreciation

In an age where it’s trendy to defund law enforcement and let criminals run rampant in the name of supposed “equity,” Gov. Ron “The Man” DeSantis is taking a different route:

That’s right: DeSantis and the Florida legislature are giving $1,000 bonuses for law enforcement across his state.

Man Snatches J&J Vaccine, Claims He’s Sending to Lab for Testing (Video)

‘We’re gonna go test this…We’re gonna bring to the lab.’

CVS workers were caught off-guard when a man grabbed and left with a vial of Johnson & Johnson’s Covid-19 vaccine, claiming he was going to send it to a lab for testing.

In the video going viral on social media, the man visits a CVS store in an unknown town and asks if he can see a J&J vaccine box to read information, before quickly reaching inside the box and snatching the vial contained within.

“I will be taking my vaccine here guys,” the man says as he begins to leave the store. “We’re gonna go test this.”

“We’re gonna bring to the lab, I’m gonna investigate here,” the man wearing an “Investigators” t-shirt tells pharmacists, handing them his face mask in exchange as a “trade.”

“This is poisoning people,” he tells someone as he’s leaving.

The man inspects the vial and confirms it’s the J&J vaccine as gets back in his car.

“Alright, to the lab we go,” he says as the video ends.

The FDA and CDC officially recommended halting administration of the J&J vaccine on April 13, after over 6.8 million jabs had already been administered.

The vaccine was blamed for at least 15 cases of rare blood clots and three deaths before the CDC advised to halt administration. All 15 cases involved women.

The CDC lifted its advisory on April 24.

Can experimental mRNA vaccines act as bio-weapons and transmit coronavirus spike proteins to the unvaccinated?

After Pfizer skipped animal trials for their new mRNA coronavirus vaccine, they began using various doses of foreign mRNA to experiment on human test subjects. This foreign vaccine mRNA stops the innate transcription process in human cells, providing new instructions for protein synthesis which basically overwrites the innate genetic expression from the body’s own DNA.

The foreign vaccine mRNA halts the natural protein synthesis in human cells, blocking cells from producing the amino acid sequences that they typically build for the proteins that are needed in the body. The foreign vaccine mRNA circumvents the innate intelligence of the human body, instructing the ribosomes of the cells to instead churn out spike proteins (properties from the coronavirus bio-weapon).

In the study design documents furnished by Pfizer, scientists warn of “occupational exposure” to the vaccinated in a 24-hour monitoring period. What might be transmitted by the vaccinated, if occupational exposure is of concern? Why did Pfizer keep this limited occupational exposure data separate from the clinical study?

Pfizer documents warn of potential adverse events from occupational exposure to the vaccinated

According to Pfizer’s own study design documents, scientists were concerned about “occupational exposure” to the recently vaccinated test subjects. Under section “8.3.5.3. Occupational Exposure” Pfizer warns that caretakers and close contacts of the recently vaccinated could be exposed to the spike proteins that are translated and synthesized in the cells of the vaccinated. During the clinical trials, Pfizer instructed researchers to monitor for severe adverse events in the vaccinated and in the unvaccinated people who were exposed to the vaccinated. What does “occupational exposure” entail? The mRNA vaccines do not shed live viruses, so what exactly is being transmitted from the vaccinated to the unvaccinated?

“When such exposures happen, the investigator must report them to Pfizer safety within 24 hours of becoming aware of when they happened, regardless of whether or not there is an associated secondary adverse event. However, Pfizer said the information does not pertain to the participant involved in the study, so it can be “kept separate from the study.”
