Surgeon Warns Vaccinating People Infected With COVID Could Cause ‘Avoidable Harm’ (VIDEO)

In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Dr. Hooman Noorchashm says we’re taking the COVID pandemic problem, where a half-percent of the population is susceptible to dying, and compounding it by vaccinating people who are already infected.

Dr. Hooman Noorchashm wants people to know that he’s a staunch supporter of the new COVID-19 vaccines, but with one very important warning: People who have already been infected could be at risk of serious injury, including death.

In the interview below on Tuesday’s Tucker Carlson Tonight show, Noorchashm said:

“I think it’s a dramatic error on part of public health officials to try to put this vaccine into a one-size-fits-all paradigm … We’re going to take this problem we have with the COVID-19 pandemic, where a half-percent of the population is susceptible to dying, and compound it by causing totally avoidable harm by vaccinating people who are already infected … the signal is deafening, the people who are having complications or adverse events are the people who have recently or are currently or previously infected [with COVID]. I don’t think we can ignore this.”

As The Defender reported earlier this month, Noorchashm believes that a #ScreenB4Vaccine campaign could save millions from vaccine injuries. The cardiothoracic surgeon and patient safety advocate has been speaking out about the need to screen people before administering the COVID vaccines ever since his initial plea to Pfizer and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) failed to generate a satisfactory response.

In a Jan. 26 letter to FDA officials, Noorchashm warned that if viral antigens are present in the tissues of subjects who undergo vaccination, the antigen-specific immune response triggered by the vaccine will target those tissues and cause tissue inflammation and damage.

Noorchashm told regulators that “at the very minimum” Pfizer and Moderna should “institute clear recommendations to clinicians that they delay immunization in any recently convalescent patients, as well as, any known symptomatic or asymptomatic carriers — and to actively screen as many patients with high cardiovascular risk as is reasonably possible, in order to detect the presence of SARS-CoV-2, prior to vaccinating them.”

The Defender reached out to Noorchashm today, after his interview with Carlson, with a request to explain his concerns in more detail.

In an email he wrote:

“Viral antigens persist in the tissues of the naturally infected for months. When the vaccine is used too early after a natural infection, or worse during an active infection, the vaccine force activates a powerful immune response that attacks the tissues where the natural viral antigens are persisting. This, I suggest, is the cause of the high level of adverse events and, likely deaths, we are seeing in the recently infected following vaccination.”

The solution, Noorchashm said, is pre-screening before vaccination.

He told us:

“The pre-vaccine screening campaign I’d like to start is #ScreenB4Vaccine. This consists of a PCR or Rapid Antigen test to determine if there is an active infection AND an IgG antibody test that would allow determination of a past infection. If either of these tests are positive, vaccination ought to be delayed for a minimum of 3 – 6 months. If at that time IgG levels are waning, it is reasonable to consider getting a vaccine shot. But even then, blood IgG levels should guide whether or not a person gets vaccinated.”

Noorchashm told us that anyone who has had a natural symptomatic or asymptomatic  COVID-19 infection is highly likely to have developed immunity. “This immunity can be measured by assessing for the presence of IgG antibodies specific for the SARS-CoV-2 viral antigens,” he said. “So any persons who are found to be positive for IgG can assume a prior infection. The IgG antibody assays are either qualitative (i.e., a YES or NO answer) or quantitative (i.e., the amount of blood IgG is measured).”

The initial screening can be qualitative, Noorchashm said. “If a person is found to be positive for IgG, then a quantitative titer can be drawn,” he explained. “This can then serve as a baseline metric upon which vaccination decisions are based. When IgG levels start to wane is when a booster vaccination could be considered.”

Children’s Health Defense supports Noorchashm’s efforts to require screening for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies before receiving any of the three COVID vaccines being administered in the U.S., but also believes the vaccines can cause other types of injuries.

According to Lyn Redwood, president emerita of Children’s Health Defense, tens of thousands of adverse events have been reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) since mid-December when the first COVID vaccine was administered. “These reports deserve the full attention of our regulators,” Redwood said. “Unfortunately, the lack of scrutiny and post-mortem examinations make it impossible to determine when injuries and deaths are caused by the vaccines.”

Noorchashm told Carlson that he’s been wrongly accused of stoking vaccine hesitancy, when just the opposite is true — if public health officials want people to trust the vaccines, they need to do everything possible to avoid creating situations where the vaccines can actually cause harm.

“People aren’t stupid,” Noorchashm said. “If you explain how the vaccine works, and give them the information on how to keep themselves safe,” that is how you build trust.

Major health insurance company asks managers to avoid hiring white men

Critical race theory at it again

Cigna — one of the country’s largest heath insurance providers — has reportedly encouraged hiring managers to avoid hiring white males at the company.

According to a Friday report from the Washington Examiner, employees at the company have been “asked not to consider white men in hiring decisions.”

Citing leaked training documents and chat logs, the outlet noted that Cigna employees are also expected to undergo “racist and discriminatory” sensitivity training on topics such as “white privilege,” “gender privilege,” and “religious privilege.”

“Chat logs between an employee and a hiring manager viewed by the Washington Examiner detail an incident where a minority candidate with strong credentials performed exceptionally well in an interview,” the outlet noted. “When that employee suggested to the hiring manager that the company wave the candidate through to the next step in the process, the hiring manager dismissed the candidate under the assumption he was white.”

“After learning that the candidate belonged to a minority group, the manager said she was excited to hire him, despite learning virtually nothing else about his background,” the Examiner continued.

One employee told the outlet, “Given the hiring practices they have in place where white, male candidates are blocked, regardless of qualifications, I have to say, ‘Yes, there’s obvious discrimination at this company.'”

On another occasion, an employee reportedly suggested a candidate with “years of industry experience.” The only problem? The candidate was reportedly white and thus could not be interviewed “because he didn’t meet the diversity criteria.”

What else?

Employees are also encouraged to avoid using certain terms — such as “brown bag lunch” and “no can do” — in order to make their speech more accommodating, inclusive, and positive.

In an internal memo obtained by the outlet, Susan Stith, the Cigna Foundation’s vice president for diversity, equity, inclusion, and corporate responsibility, said, “Our inclusive culture at Cigna means that we’re working hard to ensure everyone feels respected, welcome, and like they belong. This extends to the words we use, including understanding when certain terms might be perceived as negative or hurtful, and being intentional about choosing positive alternatives.”

The company — which boasts more than 73,000 employees across the world — has also reportedly recommended workers inform themselves on inclusivity and racism by reading books about white fragility and more.

The health care company did not respond to multiple requests for comment, the Examiner noted.

Christian relationship guru Derrick Jaxn admits extramarital affairs; wife says God has forgiven him

Gripping tightly to his forgiving wife’s hand on Monday, popular Christian relationship guru Derrick Jaxn, who is well known for preaching a message that black men shouldn’t cheat, confessed to his millions of social media followers that he had been unfaithful to his wife multiple times.

“This chapter of our marriage was one that was preceded by a marriage that I completely failed,” Jaxn (also known as Jackson) revealed in a video posted on Facebook, with his wife Da’Naia by his side.

“I would say it started around August or September of last year. But a lot has been said already about what was the cause. And some of it is true, some of it is completely false. But the truth is, and I’m saying it here now, is that Derek Jackson was involved with other women outside the marriage.”

“And by involved, I want to be clear: I’m not just talking about casually kicking it maybe at lunch or something like that,” he continued. “I’m talking about as serious as sex, sexual flirtation and that kind of thing.”

Jaxn’s confession comes just days after vlogger Tasha K. interviewed a woman identified as Candice De Medeiros, who said she had an affair with Jaxn. She alleges that Jaxn told her he was separated from his wife of four years.

De Medeiros said that last July, Jaxn planned a lavish Miami trip during which they had sex. She claimed that he also took her to his marital home in Atlanta, where they also connected while his family was away.

“All of it falls under the umbrella of inappropriate, cheating, affairs, stepping out. Definitely not in line with the vows that I took and definitely not in the line with the biblical standard of what it means to be faithful, which is the standard that I’m going by now,” Jaxn admitted Monday.

He further stated that he previously confessed “everything” to his wife and wanted to confess publicly to be transparent.

“I’m saying this publicly, not because I’m married to you guys,” he said. “First and foremost, I’m accountable to God, and then I have to be accountable to my wife in which I’ve already had this conversation.”

Facebook Scrubs Page Showing Supermarket Shooter Was Anti-Trump, Pro-Refugee Activist

Report also claims Biden has been briefed that Ahmad Al-Issa is an ISIS sympathizer.

Facebook scrubbed a page belonging to Boulder supermarket shooter Ahmad Al-Issa that revealed the gunman was anti-Trump and had promoted pro-refugee, anti-Islamophobia activism.

Al-Issa was arrested after killing 10 people, including a police officer, during a rampage inside the King Soopers grocery store yesterday afternoon.

Al-Issa, who was born in Syria and migrated to the United States, made posts in 2018 in which he stated, “Trump is such a dick,” while blaming “racism” for his 2016 victory.

The gunman also shared a PBS article with the text, “Why refugees and immigrants are good for America,” while also accusing “racist, Islamophobic people” of hacking his phone.

Commenting on the 2019 New Zealand mosque massacre, Al-Issa said, “They were victims of the entire Islamophobia industry that vilified them.”

Journalist Andy Ngo reports that the page also revealed Al-Issa to be a “deeply religious Muslim.”

According to Jack Posobiec, Joe Biden has been briefed that Al-Issa “had ISIS sympathies.”

The fact that Al-Issa was a Muslim doesn’t mean that ordinary, hard-working, law-abiding Muslim-Americans share any blame for the tragedy.

However, if he had been white it’s guaranteed the media would have exploited the bloodshed to push their ceaseless narrative about the threat posed by “white supremacy.”

Governor Kristi Noem Announces National Coalition to Protect Fairness in Women’s Sports

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem on Monday announced the formation of a national coalition to “Defend Title IX” to protect the rights of female athletes and keep competition fair.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem on Monday announced the formation of a national coalition to “Defend Title IX” to protect the rights of female athletes and keep competition fair.

During a press conference Monday morning, Noem said, “Today we’re announcing that we’re forming a coalition called DefendTitleIXNow.com,” referring to the federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in educational programs and activities. “The coalition will consist of athletes, leaders, and everybody who cares about protecting women’s sports.”

Noem said that the coalition is separate from the debate surrounding House Bill 1217, titled Promote Continued Fairness in Women’s Sports, which bars biological males from competing in women’s or girls’ sports, because the coalition’s focus will be on women’s rights and maintaining a fair competitive environment in women’s sports and Title IX, not transgender athletes rights.

However, the governor said one of the main motivators for creating the coalition is to build enough support to push back against any pressure from groups like the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), which insists on requiring biological males be included in girls’ sports.

“Once we have enough states on board, a coalition brought big enough where the NCAA [National Collegiate Athletic Association] cannot possibly punish us all, then we can guarantee fairness at the collegiate level,” Noem added.

Noem said after consulting legal scholars she decided that the coalition to protect Title IX will be far more effective and cost-efficient than getting into a legal battle about transgender women playing on female sports teams.

“We’ve been trying to figure out how to defend women’s sports effectively. These legal scholars think that South Dakota’s chances of winning a lawsuit against the NCAA are very low. When it comes to this issue if South Dakota passes a law that’s against their policy, they will likely take punitive action against us.”

Recently, a letter signed by more than 500 college athletes was sent to the NCAA urging the organization to “only operate championships and events in states that promote an inclusive atmosphere.”

To date, close to 20 states have introduced legislation barring biological males from competing on female teams, including recently Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves, who signed such a bill for which his state is likely to be sued by civil rights and private organizations like the NCAA. Idaho was sued last year for such a bill.

Noem is trying to get around these legal issues by focusing on Title IX of the federal law. She said she is asking members of the coalition to sign a pledge to protect fairness in women’s sports.

The Pledge reads: “The undersigned agree that Title IX needs to be protected and that we commit to working together to keep fairness in women’s sports. We believe that only girls should play girls’ sports. Title IX was passed to protect fairness for women. The federal government should enforce Title IX in a way that protects fairness for women’s sports, rather than misusing it in a way that undermines fairness. The NCAA and other athletic sanctioning bodies should not take any adverse actions against any state or school that acts to protect fairness for women.”

The South Dakota governor said the coalition would refer to a person’s birth certificate designation to define their sexual identity.

Noem’s effort to protect the rights of biological female athletes by forming this national coalition is in sharp contrast to Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives passing the Equality Act, which they say is an anti-discrimination set of laws aimed at giving transgender individuals equal rights under the law. Opponents say it would penalize religious people for their beliefs about marriage and biological sex.

Last week Noem made headlines when she returned House Bill 1217 to the legislature with a ‘style and form veto’ with suggested revisions she wants to be made before signing.

At Monday’s press conference she said she is still eager to sign the bill if the changes are made.

Former NFL players Hershel Walker and Jack Brewer spoke at Noem’s press conference as advocates for keeping biological males out of female sports competitions.

Black Lives Matter protesters march to popular grocery store and trap customers inside

Hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters marched to a Wegmans grocery store in Rochester, New York, trapping customers inside on the anniversary of Daniel Prude’s arrest.

“We have a long walk today. We’re shutting s— down,” protesters shouted as they marched to the popular Northeast grocery store.

About 200 protesters marched to the store, prompting it to lock down with an estimated 100 customers still inside the building.

“Hundreds of people trapped in the East Avenue #ROC Wegmans by this mob,” Rochester journalist and radio host Bob Lonsberry said. “The Rochester Police Department is just watching and letting it happen. I guess fire codes and trespassing aren’t things in Rochester anymore. What an embarrassing day for the city and the PD.”

“We’re more than just taxpayers in their capitalist system; we’re human beings, and we demand to be treated as such,” one protester, Craig Carson, said.

“Allowing the mob to shut down the East Ave [Wegmans], trapping at least a hundred people, is an immoral failing by the mayor at @CityRochesterNY and the @RochesterNYPD,” Lonsberry commented. “To kiss the a– of the mob, the rights of others are trodden, and the city dies even more.”

“Our East Avenue store in Rochester, New York, is currently closed due to protest activity taking place outside of the store. At this time, no customers remain in the store, and the doors will remain closed. Our No. 1 priority is the safety of our employees and customers,” Wegmans Public Relations Strategy Director Deana Percassi told the Washington Examiner.

The scene comes on the one-year anniversary of black man Daniel Prude being restrained by Rochester police after suffering a mental health episode reportedly brought on by the drug PCP.

He had told police at one point, “Give me your gun. I need it.” He stopped breathing while he was held down by officers, placed on life support, and later died.

Biden eyes executive action to impose new gun-control measures

President Biden is considering executive action to force new gun-control measures and avoid a gun-debate logjam in Congress, the White House said Tuesday.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki did not specify what unilateral moves Mr. Biden was contemplating, but she said he had already explored the options.

“The way he sees is that there are a number of levers that any president of the United States can use, and he as vice president was leading the effort on determining executive actions that could be taken on gun safety measures, it’s something that he has worked on, he’s passionate about, he feels personally connected to,” Ms. Psaki told reporters.

Mr. Biden as vice president in the Obama administration spearheaded an unsuccessful effort to pass a universal background check for gun purchases.

Ms. Psaki said the president now feels a sense of urgency to tackle both gun control and violence after a man with an AR-15 type of semiautomatic rifle opened fire Monday at a Boulder, Colorado, grocery store, killing 10 people.

“We are considering a range of levers, including working through legislation, including executive actions to address, obviously, not just gun safety measures but violence in communities, so that has been under discussion and will continue to be under discussion,” said Ms. Psaki.

Earlier, Mr. Biden called on the Senate to immediately take up House-passed measures that would expand background checks for gun purchases. He also called for a ban on rifles such as AR-15s which are sometimes referred to as assault rifles.

CNN Ratings Collapse Without Bad Orange Man

Since former President Donald Trump’s departure in January, CNN lost nearly 50 percent of its prime-time audience.

While Fox News only saw a 6 percent drop in ratings, other cable news outlets and corporate media publications also saw a significant decline in their viewership and readership after President Joe Biden’s inauguration. MSNBC was one of the many left-leaning networks that lost more than 20 percent of its audience. The Washington Post and New York Times also suffered “plummeting” website traffic.

“The Post, for example, saw the number of unique visitors fall 26 percent from January to February, and 7 percent from a year ago. The New York Times lost 17 percent compared with January and 16 percent over last February,” an analysis in the Post concluded.

This drop in readers and viewers comes after corporate media outlets obsessed over Trump for four years, often pushing bogus narratives meant to hurt the president’s standing with Americans as well as his re-election chances. Trump predicted the recent decline of “fake news” readers and viewers as early as 2017.

“Newspapers, television, all forms of media will tank if I’m not there because, without me, their ratings are going down the tubes.” Trump proclaimed.

Leftist mouthpieces at CNN such as Brian Stelter and Jim Acosta were often quick to take aim at Trump when he was in office, spending much of their coverage on criticizing his administration and agenda.

Shortly after the president was deplatformed by Twitter, Facebook, and other big tech companies seeking to censor him and after years of raging against him, corporate media immediately returned to writing puff pieces on the incoming Biden administration. Most of the articles were directed at fawning over Vice President Kamala Harris’s choice of shoes, the inauguration playlist, and Biden’s love for ice cream, while others flatly refused to criticize the incoming administration’s lies and mistakes with the same scrutiny used against Trump.

Airbnb Asked to Drop Olympic Ties Over China Rights Issues

Airbnb Inc. is being asked to drop its sponsorship connections to next year’s Beijing’s Winter Olympics by a coalition of 150 human-rights campaigners.

The coalition is headed by groups that oppose rights violations in China including the detention of Muslim Uyghurs in the Xinjiang region.

Airbnb is one of the International Olympic Committee’s leading 15 sponsors. Included in the group are companies like Coca-Cola, Samsung, Visa, Toyota, Alibaba, Panasonic, Intel, and Procter and Gamble.

Airbnb, the home-sharing business, is being targeted because of repeated claims about the “social responsibility” it practices in its business model.

The Associated Press received the open letter sent on Tuesday to Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky. The letter argues that Airbnb is trying to drive tourism in China at the expense of Uyghurs and Tibetans who cannot travel freely in the country.

“Airbnb is also glossing over China’s horrifying human rights record and normalizing to the public what is recognized under international law as a deeply restrictive environment,” the letter said. “Airbnb should not be encouraging a wider tourist industry to be supported and allowed to flourish at the expense of Uyghur and Tibetan rights.”

The top 15 sponsors paid the IOC about $1 billion in cash or services in the last complete, four-year Olympic cycle, to be associated with the games. Airbnb signed up in November of 2019.

Rights groups are trying to pressure IOC sponsors and are pushing for a diplomatic boycott of the games—or even a hard boycott—to call attention to alleged abuses against Uyghurs, Tibetans, and residents of Hong Kong.

The Beijing Winter Olympics opens on Feb. 4, 2022.

China says “political motives” underlie the boycott effort. The Chinese describe the detention camps in Xinjiang as vocational centers.

“China firmly rejects the politicization of sports and opposes using human rights issues to interfere in other countries’ internal affairs,” foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said earlier this month. He said an effort at a boycott “is doomed to failure.”

Teachers Sue LA School District Over COVID Vaccine Mandate

Groups representing teachers, counselors and employees say the Los Angeles Unified School District’s vaccine mandate violates federal law and basic human rights.

Employees of the second-largest school district in the U.S. filed suit last week to prevent the district from mandating COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of employment.

California Educators for Medical Freedom, with assistance from the Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF), filed a federal lawsuit March 17 against the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).

In a press release, HFDF said LAUSD’s vaccine mandate violates federal law and basic human rights by requiring employees to take an experimental vaccine in order to remain employed.

All COVID vaccines available in the U.S. — PfizerModerna and Johnson & Johnson — are approved under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). By the FDA’s own definition, that makes the vaccines “experimental” until or unless the FDA licenses them.

School employees alleged in their complaint that the statute granting the FDA power to authorize a medical product for emergency use, 21 U.S.C. § Section 360bbb-3, requires that the person being administered the unapproved product be advised of the benefits and risks, and of his or her right to refuse the product.

The FDA issued a Fact Sheet for Health Care Providers and a Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers for each of the three vaccines approved for emergency use. The fact sheets state, among other things, that a provider must communicate information to the recipient prior to administering the vaccine — including that the recipient has the option to accept or refuse the vaccine.

In their lawsuit, employees allege that Section 360bbb-3 recognizes the “well-settled doctrine” that medical experiments, or “clinical research,” may not be performed on human subjects without the express, informed consent of the individual receiving treatment.

According to HFDF, the fundamental right to avoid imposed human experimentation has its roots in the Nuremberg Code of 1947, which was later ratified by the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, further codified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and adopted by the California Legislature. It says that “no person subject to this state’s jurisdiction may be forced to undergo the administration of experimental medicine without that person’s informed consent.”

Since adoption of the Nuremberg Code, free nations have recognized that forced medical experimentation of any kind is both inhumane and unethical. “There is no “pandemic exception” to the law or the Constitution,” plaintiffs stated in their complaint.

“This is a very important case for educators all across America and is likely to set a precedent for all of us,” said Michael Kane, New York City teacher and founder of NY Teachers for Choice.

“Sometimes all you need is someone to stand up and say ‘No’ to remind everyone that we are completely within our rights to resist government overreach. And that is what this is — government overreach.”

Kane said the LAUSD teacher’s union “definitely plays a role in all of this” and that LA teachers need to lobby their union and threaten to pull their money from supporting the union if it doesn’t support their right to choice. “Rank-and-file union members must hold their union leadership accountable and force them to represent those who are pro-choice for all medical procedures,” Kane said.

The complaint states that employees of LAUSD last month began to receive communications from Superintendent Austin Beutner and other representatives of LAUSD instructing them to make appointments to get vaccinated.

None of the communications to employees included the information from the fact sheet required by the FDA to be given to vaccine recipients under EAU.

On March 4, guidance from LAUSD human resources was given to employees that stated: “The Moderna vaccine is currently being administered by Los Angeles Unified nurses and other licensed healthcare professionals to Los Angeles Unified employees. You will schedule your appointment […]. You will provide proof of vaccination via the DailyPass for time reporting purposes.”
