FDA Begins Label Changes for Tylenol

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that it has initiated the process of changing the labeling for Tylenol in light of President Trump’s announcement that acetaminophen is linked to autism development when used during pregnancy.

“The FDA is taking action to make parents and doctors aware of a considerable body of evidence about potential risks associated with acetaminophen,” said FDA Commissioner Marty Makary. “Even with this body of evidence, the choice still belongs with parents. The precautionary principle may lead many to avoid using acetaminophen during pregnancy, especially since most low-grade fevers don’t require treatment. It remains reasonable, however, for pregnant women to use acetaminophen in certain scenarios.”

A letter was also sent to physicians nationwide to inform them of the accumulation of evidence “suggesting that the use of acetaminophen by pregnant women may be associated with an increased risk of neurological conditions such as autism and ADHD in children.”

“Some studies have described that the risk may be most pronounced when acetaminophen is taken chronically throughout pregnancy to childbirth,” Makary wrote. “These concerns may be magnified by the fact that a very young child’s liver may still be developing and thus a child’s ability to metabolize the drug may be limited.”

The letter noted that while there are “contrary studies in the scientific literature,” clinicians should still “consider minimizing the use of acetaminophen during pregnancy for routine low-grade fevers.”

He explained that the consideration “should also be balanced with the fact that acetaminophen is the safest over-the-counter alternative in pregnancy among all analgesics and antipyretics; aspirin and ibuprofen have well-documented adverse impacts on the fetus.”

President Trump announced Monday that data links prenatal use of acetaminophen, commonly sold as Tylenol, to an increased risk of autism.

Amid criticism for the announcement, social media users were quick to point out that Tylenol did not recommend using its product during pregnancy, writing in 2017, “We actually don’t recommend using any of our products while pregnant. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns today.”

Newsom Teams With Brazil on Climate Deal

California and Brazil have struck a climate agreement hours after President Donald Trump condemned so-called “climate change.”

“By strengthening our partnership with Brazil, California is reaffirming a simple truth: global challenges require global cooperation,” Newsom said in a statement. “This couldn’t be more true as we look forward to the UN’s Global Climate Conference that Brazil is hosting later this year. We can work together to cut harmful pollution, protect critical ecosystems, and build economies that work for people and our planet.”

“Partnerships with subnational governments, such as the memorandum of understanding signed today with the state of California, are essential to ensure that climate action continues to move forward in the United States, for the benefit of its own population and all of humanity,” said Brazil’s Minister of the Environment and Climate Change Marina Silva.

Brazil is set to host the United Nation’s Global Climate Change Conference (COP30) in November.

The memorandum of understanding between the two bodies asserts that “climate change is an urgent issue,” adding that it is an “imperative for climate action to provide economic and human health benefits to disadvantaged and low-income communities.”

The agreement seeks to “establish a flexible framework” to “provide mutual exchanges of knowledge and best practices in progressing towards Brazil’s and California’s respective targets for carbon neutrality.”

Newsom previously signed a memorandum of understanding with 21 Brazilian state governors, as well as an agreement with Denmark, South Korea’s Gyeonggi Province, Sweden, Norway, China, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Japan.

Addressing the United Nations General Assembly, President Trump said, “Global warming- not happening.”

“Climate change— it’s the greatest con-job ever perpetrated on the world,” he added, going on to say that “all of these predictions made by the United Nations and many others, often for bad reasons, were wrong.”

More Than 2 Million Aliens Out of the U.S.

The Department of Homeland Security announced that 2 million illegal immigrants have been removed from the country or have self-deported. The number encapsulates data from the first 250 days of President Trump’s second term. According to the information, an estimated 1.6 million migrants have voluntarily chosen to leave the United States, while 400,000 have been removed by immigration authorities.

“The numbers don’t lie: 2 million illegal aliens have been removed or self-deported in just 250 days— proving that President Trump’s policies and Secretary Noem’s leadership are working and making American communities safe,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Ramped-up immigration enforcement targeting the worst of the worst is removing more and more criminal illegal aliens off our streets every day and is sending a clear message to anyone else in this country illegally: Self-deport or we will arrest and deport you.”

DHS launched an app for migrants to self-deport earlier this year. Acting Commissioner of U.S Customs and Border Protection Pete Flores said at in March that the app “strengthens our mission to secure the U.S. border by ensuring lawful entry for travelers and supporting effective enforcement.”

“The app provides illegal aliens in the United States with a straightforward way to declare their intent to voluntarily depart, offering them the chance to leave before facing harsher consequences,” he said. “This reinforces our commitment to enforcing U.S. laws and safeguarding national security.”

The app features an “Intent to Depart” function that allows those illegally present in the United States to inform the government of their intention to leave the country.

Melania Trump Unveils Global Vision for Children

First Lady Melania Trump unveiled the Fostering the Future Together initiative during the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

The initiative invites nations to support the well-being of children through education, innovation, and technology.

Mrs. Trump described the initiative’s goal as ensuring that “every child can flourish in the digital era.” The initiative’s inaugural meeting will be held at the White House during the first quarter of 2026.

“As children, we all played marbles, flew paper airplanes and ran with the string in our hand, watching our kites lift off,” the first lady explained. “Great minds have turned marbles into microchips, paper airplanes into drones and kites into satellites.”

“Innovation is wonderful. Our nations benefit from advancements in technology—saving lives, expanding access to knowledge, connecting people, and of course, safety,” she said.

The coalition will work with the private sector to provide access to “innovative education technology, including artificial intelligence, robotics, and blockchain,” a White House press release explains. The effort will also include an “exchange of solutions encompassing advantages and risks of artificial intelligence.”

In August, Mrs. Trump announced a nationwide AI challenge for K-12 students, inviting them to participate in an event to “discover, develop, and expand AI’s potential.”

The Presidential AI Challenge, is intended to “unleash their imagination and showcase the spirit of American innovation,” the first lady said.

“Early training in the responsible use of AI tools will demystify this technology and prepare America’s students to be confident participants in the AI-assisted workforce, propelling our Nation to new heights of scientific innovation and economic achievement,” the site explains, directing participants in the challenge to “complete a project that involves the study, development, or use of an AI method or tool to address community challenges, while educators will focus on creative approaches to teaching or using AI technologies in K-12 learning.”

ISIS Supporter Sentenced in New York

A New York man has been sentenced to 108 months in prison after he attempted to provide support to ISIS and plot an attack.

Court documents explain that Awais Chudhary, 25, pledged allegiance to ISIS’s then-leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and began to plan a knife or bomb attack. He sought to carry out the attack at specific locations such as pedestrian bridges over the Grand Central Parkway and the Flushing Bay Promenade.

Chudhary sought direction from those he believed to support ISIS regarding which type of knife to use and how to evade law enforcement. He was arrested while going to retrieve materials he planned to use in the attack.

“Awais Chudhary pledged allegiance to a brutal terrorist organization and set out to kill American citizens,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi. “Our prosecutors have ensured that he will spend years behind bars for his crimes, and the Department of Justice will continue to protect the American people from all threats foreign and domestic.”

Similarly, a man from Stockton, California, was arrested in June after attempting to provide material support to ISIS.

Ammaad Akhtar had been communicating online with a law enforcement-controlled individual since February, the DOJ explained, noting that the man believed the individual was a member of ISIS. During conversations, Akhtar voiced his support for the terrorist entity and jihad, describing his desire to fight alongside the group.

Akhtar discussed plans for violence, conducting an attack, and using homemade explosives, saying he wanted to “die in the cause of Allah fighting the kuffar [infidels].”

South Dakota Democrat Flips to GOP, Blasts Party for Failed Policies and False Promises

A South Dakota Democrat has flipped to the GOP, further shrinking an already dwindling minority in the state legislature and underscoring how Democrats’ failed policies continue to alienate voters.

State Rep. Peri Pourier, who is Oglala Lakota, announced Monday: “I have formally changed my voter registration from Democrat to Republican. My name will now appear with an (R) designation.” The switch leaves just five Democrats in South Dakota’s 70-member House, compared to 65 Republicans.

Pourier explained her decision by pointing to the GOP’s commitment to tribal sovereignty: “The core tenets of the Republican Party, decentralized government, self-determination, economic prosperity, lower energy costs, and strong public safety align with the principle of tribal sovereignty.”

She also criticized the legacy of Democratic policy, specifically the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934. “What was presented as empowerment ultimately diminished nationhood, reinforced federal control and depilating [sic] any hope of self-sufficiency,” she said, adding that the consequences are still felt today on the Pine Ridge reservation.

Her remarks highlight what conservatives have long argued — that centralized, big-government “solutions” often harm the very communities Democrats claim to protect.

Florida Serial Offender Kills Mom in DUI Hit-And-Run Horror

A Florida serial offender has been arrested after allegedly dragging a bicyclist to her death in a horrific DUI hit-and-run that exposes once again the failures of a justice system too soft on repeat offenders.

Police say 22-year-old Xavier Rigby fatally struck 38-year-old mother Kjersten Aileen-Hermance Strang on Friday night while she rode her e-bike in Gulfport. Investigators reported Rigby’s Nissan Altima was traveling “at a high rate of speed” when it hit Strang, who landed on the windshield before being dragged for eight blocks. Rigby allegedly kept driving until her body was dislodged, then fled without calling 911.

Strang, the mother of a young boy, died at the scene. Rigby was arrested shortly after in St. Petersburg, showing signs of impairment and refusing a sobriety test. He now faces charges of vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, and leaving the scene of a fatal crash.

Judge Elizabeth Zuroweste, reviewing his lengthy criminal record, blasted the state’s past leniency: “We’ve now gone to a second DUI, but this time the extremely aggravating facts where you’ve killed somebody, left the scene and dragged their body.” She denied him bond on two charges, adding, “I’m finding that you’re a danger to the community.”

Court documents reveal Rigby’s rap sheet includes numerous traffic infractions, a 2024 DUI reduced to reckless driving, and even a 2022 hit-and-run.

North Carolina Officer Fired After Shocking Pro-Antifa Social Media Post

A North Carolina officer has been fired after allegedly declaring allegiance to the far-left extremist group on social media. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday that Detention Officer Brian Edwards was terminated following an internal investigation into his online activity.

On Friday, an account linked to Edwards posted on Bluesky: “I am Antifa. And I will never comply with a fascist regime.” The post immediately raised alarms within the department. Chief Deputy Tina Sykes placed Edwards on administrative leave, and investigators quickly confirmed he violated multiple policies, including Standards of Conduct and Speech, Expression, and Social Networking rules.

As a result, Edwards — who began working with the sheriff’s office in 2022 after serving as a correctional officer in Caswell County — was fired. Sheriff Charles Blackwood defended the move, stressing the importance of public trust: “We must maintain the public trust as we go about our mission to protect, serve, and treat everyone with dignity and respect.”

Edwards, however, expressed frustration, telling WRAL, “I respect the sheriff’s office, but I disagree with how my situation was handled. I’m focused on moving forward and won’t be commenting further at this time.”

The firing highlights a growing concern: Antifa sympathizers embedded in law enforcement positions. Conservatives have long warned about the dangers of radical left-wing ideology undermining public safety. This case makes clear that law enforcement agencies cannot afford to ignore red flags — the safety of communities depends on rooting out extremist influences before they put lives at risk.

Lawmakers Move to Rescue Americans Held by Communist China

A bipartisan legislation, led by Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) and Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), seeks to bring Americans unjustly detained in China back home.

The bill, called the Nelson Wells Jr. and Dawn Michelle Hunt Unjustly Detained in Communist China Act, is named after those who have been imprisoned by the CCP. The legislation establishes a “Cases of Concern” list for those detained in China and requires the Secretary of State to create an action plan exploring how officials may leverage legal tools and programs for the matter.

“The Chinese Communist Party unjustly detains and imprisons more Americans than any other country,” said Smith. “Innocent Americans have been wrongfully imprisoned and tortured by an amoral legal system that has no respect for truth, due process, and basic human rights. It is well past time that the United States responds forcefully and fearlessly to rescue its citizens who have been held hostage by the CCP.”

“Dawn Hunt is a daughter of Chicago, a member of a family that has served our city in uniform, and a victim of a gross miscarriage of justice. She should not be languishing in a Chinese prison with untreated medical conditions, and she certainly shouldn’t be used as leverage by the CCP,” declared Krishnamoorthi. “This legislation is about Dawn, and other Americans who are unjustly detained or blocked from returning home by the People’s Republic of China. We must show her family, and all families like hers, that America will never abandon its own.”

The legislation supports President Trump’s executive order strengthening efforts to protect U.S. citizens from wrongful detention overseas.

“The bottom line: Anyone who uses an American as a bargaining chip will pay the price,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said of the order. “This administration is not only putting America first but also putting Americans first.”

Desert Murder Mystery Unraveled: Babies Abandoned in 1989 Park Finally Found

The desert murder mystery that haunted investigators for more than three decades has finally seen a breakthrough. Authorities have identified a woman found stabbed to death in Arizona in 1989 and located her two infant daughters, who vanished at the time of her killing.

The victim, Marina Ramos of Bakersfield, California, was discovered on Dec. 12, 1989, naked and stabbed multiple times in Mohave County, Arizona, just 50 miles south of Las Vegas. For years, her identity remained unknown. In 2022, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office resubmitted fingerprints, leading the FBI to match them to an alias Ramos once used after a shoplifting arrest. Family members then confirmed Ramos had disappeared in 1989 along with her two baby girls — Elizabeth, 14 months, and Jasmin, 2 months.

The trail turned tragic but miraculous. In August, investigators confirmed through DNA that the daughters had been abandoned in a California park restroom just two days after Ramos’ murder. A passerby discovered them crying on the wet floor, with no adult nearby. Authorities placed them in foster care before they were adopted by a Ventura County family who raised them together.

Sheriff’s officials celebrated the discovery but reminded the public that justice is unfinished. “While we are excited to announce that one part of this 36-year-old mystery has been solved, the search for the suspects involved in the homicide of Marina Ramos continues,” the office stated.
