John Bolton Indicted for Classified Leak—Trump Vindicated?

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton was indicted Thursday in a federal case over his alleged mishandling of classified information. The indictment comes after a lengthy investigation into whether Bolton improperly retained and published sensitive materials following his time in the Trump administration.

According to the Associated Press, federal authorities searched both Bolton’s Maryland residence and Washington, D.C. office earlier this year, uncovering classified records believed to have been kept from his time in government. The investigation, which began under the Biden administration but was revived by President Donald Trump, centers around Bolton’s 2020 memoir, which he published in defiance of White House warnings.

The Trump administration had warned Bolton not to release the book until classified content was removed. Despite those warnings, and an internal pre-publication review process, Bolton proceeded with publication. A federal judge at the time refused to block the book’s release but ruled that Bolton had “likely jeopardized national security” by moving forward.

Bolton’s memoir became a lightning rod during President Trump’s first impeachment trial, after portions of the manuscript were leaked to The New York Times. The White House maintained that the book included top-secret material that had not been properly cleared.

After returning to office, Trump revoked Bolton’s security clearance and ordered renewed scrutiny into the book’s contents. The indictment reportedly includes charges related to unlawful possession and dissemination of classified information.

Bolton served as Trump’s national security advisor from 2018 to 2019 before being fired. Once one of the administration’s most hawkish voices, particularly on Iran and North Korea, Bolton later turned on Trump, becoming a frequent critic and media commentator.

The indictment adds Bolton to a growing list of former government officials facing consequences for alleged mishandling of classified information. The Justice Department has not yet released a full statement or unsealed the formal charges.

Trump Ultimatum to Hamas, Stop the Killings or Else

President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to Hamas on Thursday, declaring that if the terrorist group continues killing in Gaza, the United States “will have no choice but to kill them.” The message, posted on Truth Social, came just after Trump concluded a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin and followed reports that Hamas had executed over 30 individuals in Gaza.

“If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the Deal, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them,” Trump wrote. “Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Trump’s statement came in response to reports, including from Reuters citing Palestinian sources, that Hamas executed dozens of alleged gang members in Gaza City this week. These killings directly violate the terms of the first phase of Trump’s recently accepted peace proposal, which had included a ceasefire agreement and the release of hostages.

This marks the latest in a series of escalating statements from the president aimed at forcing Hamas to disarm. On Tuesday, Trump declared, “They will disarm, and if they don’t disarm, we will disarm them, and it’ll happen quickly and perhaps violently.”

Earlier this week, Trump traveled to both Israel and Egypt following Hamas’s agreement to the initial terms of his peace framework. That agreement included the release of 20 living hostages. Israel also received the bodies of eight deceased hostages—six Israeli, one Nepali, and one unidentified.

According to the BBC, Hamas claimed it needs special equipment to locate the bodies of 19 additional Israeli hostages, sparking outrage among hostage families who have demanded a halt to further ceasefire implementation until all remains are recovered.

While speaking in Egypt, Trump emphasized that the future of Gaza must include full demilitarization. “Gaza’s reconstruction requires that it be demilitarized and that a new, honest civilian police force must be allowed to create a safe condition for the people in Gaza,” he said.

Trump’s administration has taken a hardline approach throughout the Gaza conflict, positioning U.S. policy in favor of Israeli security and regional demilitarization. The president’s latest ultimatum sends a clear message: any deviation from the peace deal by Hamas will be met with force.

Antifa Members Receive Terror-Related Charges

Alleged members of an Antifa cell in Texas have been charged with providing material support to terrorists. The case marks the first terrorism-related charges brought against those linked to Antifa.

“For the first time ever, the FBI has arrested anarchist violent extremists and charged these Antifa-aligned individuals with material support to terrorism,” FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement to Fox News. “This was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack on the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, where armed extremists tried to murder U.S. officers on July 4th.”

Sharing the indictment online, Attorney General Pam Bondi declared, “As [President Trump] has made clear, Antifa is a left-wing terrorist organization. They will be prosecuted as such.”

The two individuals facing charges, Cameron Arnold and Zachary Evetts, were involved in the attack on federal agents at a Texas ICE facility.

As police responded to Antifa’s presence at the facility, Arnold allegedly yelled, “Get to the rifles,” and opened fire on the officers.

“Coconspiractor-1 [Arnold] continued to fire additional rounds until his rifle jammed,” the indictment adds. “The attackers then left the scene.”

The indictment notes that Arnold was viewed as a leader by members of the Antifa cell and trained members on “firearms and close-quarters combat.”

President Trump has designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, stating in an executive order that it is a “militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law.” The order directs federal agencies to investigate, disrupt, and prosecute Antifa-linked activity, accusing the movement of orchestrating violence, suppressing free speech, and undermining U.S. institutions.

Legal Challenge Could Crush Birthright Citizenship

Legal group American First Legal is leading an effort to end birthright citizenship by returning to the “original meaning” of the Fourteenth Amendment.

AFL filed a brief with the Supreme Court on behalf of members of the House Judiciary Committee, urging the court to “defend the original meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment,” a press release explains.

The brief argues that allegiance is a “reciprocal relationship.” According to the filing, “The person must be present with the consent of the sovereign,” although illegal immigrants and their children are “present in the United States without consent.”

Similarly, children born in the United States to “ambassadors or invading soldiers would not receive citizenship under the Fourteenth Amendment. The best reason is because they do not owe total allegiance to the United States, rather than (as Plaintiffs contend) because those groups allegedly have immunity from federal law.”

“Because the Fourteenth Amendment does not confer citizenship on the children of illegally present aliens, and because Congress has not done so by statute, the other branches cannot confer such citizenship on their own,” the brief adds. “The Executive Order at issue here properly ensures that rule is followed within the executive branch, but the lower courts nonetheless enjoined the Executive Order.”

President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship has been battled in courts for months. In July, The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco upheld a lower court’s ruling blocking the order. A three-judge panel ruled 2-1 that the “district court correctly concluded that the Executive Order’s proposed interpretation, denying citizenship to many persons born in the United States, is unconstitutional. We fully agree.” They added, “We conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion in issuing a universal injunction in order to give the States complete relief.”

California to Sell State-Run Insulin

California will become the first state in the country to sell its own low-cost insulin beginning January 1, 2026.

“California didn’t wait for the pharmaceutical industry to do the right thing — we took matters into our own hands,” Governor Gavin Newsom said in a statement. “By beginning the process to manufacture our own insulin and pricing it at a maximum cost of $11 a pen in a five-pack, California and Civica are showing the nation what it looks like to put people over profits. No Californian should ever have to ration insulin or go into debt to stay alive — and I won’t stop until health care costs are crushed for everyone.”

The agreement, secured by Civica Rx with Biocon Biologics, will give consumers access to an insulin glargine pen. The pens are “interchangeable with Lantus, ensuring seamless substitution for patients,” Newsom’s office explained, and will “be available to California pharmacies for $45 and to consumers at a suggested retail price of no more than $55 per five-pack of 3 mL pens—a substantial reduction from current retail market prices.”

The state’s effort comes as President Donald Trump has also made moves to reduce drug costs.

The White House reached a deal with Pfizer and explained the agreement will provide “every State Medicaid program in the country access to [most-favored-nation] drug prices on Pfizer products” and “ensures foreign nations can no longer use price controls to freeride on American innovation by guaranteeing MFN prices on all new innovative medicines Pfizer brings to market.”

AstraZeneca has also reached an agreement with President Trump, offering medicines at a discount when selling directly to Americans.

Trump’s Vision: New Arch to Stand in Nation’s Capital

President Trump announced that he is building an arch near Washington, D.C.’s Lincoln Memorial.

Discussing plans for the construction, Trump said the arch will be built at the Arlington Memorial Bridge, explaining that at the end of the bridge, there is “a circle that was built 150 years ago, nobody knows really when, and in fact they put a couple of columns on each side, you have two columns on one side, two columns on the other. But yet, in the middle, there’s a circle and everyone that passes it says something was supposed to be built there. But a thing called the Civil War interfered.”

Later, in 1902, President Trump described, “they were gonna put a statue of Robert E. Lee up. Would’ve been okay with me, a lot of people wouldn’t have liked it, would’ve been okay with me, would’ve been okay with a lot of other people in this room, but they didn’t do that.”

“So for years and years it sat, and every time somebody rides over the beautiful bridge going right to the Lincoln Memorial, it’s so beautiful, they literally say something supposed to be here,” he added.

The White House has also announced plans for a new ballroom.

The White House is “currently unable to host major functions honoring world leaders and other countries,” Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said. The project will add an estimated 90,000 square feet of space and will be capable of seating 650 people.

The $200 million project is funded by President Trump and “other patriot donors,” Leavitt added. The new ballroom will be “substantially separated from the main building of the White House, but at the same time, its theme and architectural heritage will be almost identical,” she said. Its site will be “where the small, heavily changed, and reconstructed East Wing currently sits.”

Amenaza De Trump Sobre El Mundial Pone A Boston En Alerta Por Crimen Y Seguridad

Harris Arremete Contra El HHS, Culpa A RFK Jr. Y A Trump Por Acciones “Criminales”

Trump Confirma Presencia De La CIA En Venezuela

Zohran Mamdani Se Niega A Pedir El Desarme De Hamás, Desata Indignación
