Independent journalist Jon Fleetwood, alongside medical experts, developed a bill template for prohibiting mRNA vaccines.
The legislative template, called the “DNA/RNA-Based Vaccine Safety & Sovereignty Act,” provides a “comprehensive foundation for lawmakers to craft a bill that aligns with their state’s specific needs while maintaining a firm stance against gene-based vaccine technologies, including mRNA, modRNA, saRNA, and DNA vaccines,” a description of the template says.
Through the template, legislators are equipped with the scientific and legal basis for banning DNA and RNA-based vaccines, including in periods of “health crises.”
“Strict enforcement measures are built into the template, with penalties starting at 50,000 USD per instance of unauthorized administration and escalating to felony charges, fines up to 250,000 USD, and prison sentences of up to 10 years for severe violations,” the description adds.
The template includes 40 “Whereas” statements backed by peer-reviewed studies. These studies involve infections, transmissions, hospitalizations, and deaths related to DNA/RNA-based vaccines.
“Whereas, substantial evidence indicates that DNA/RNA-based injections are associated with widespread and severe adverse events, including thousands of documented injuries, underreported cases, and significant increases in pharmaceutical-related harm and excess mortality,” one statement says, while another declares, “Whereas, numerous health organizations, medical professionals, and international governments have called for an immediate moratorium on mRNA pharmaceutical interventions, citing serious health concerns, documented risks, and the urgent need for comprehensive investigations into their safety and efficacy.”
The template further notes that Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo has warned against mRNA vaccines. It goes on to list toxic ingredients found within the inoculations and their associations with health issues.
Legislators can use the template as necessary to develop a bill in line with their state’s specific needs.
Fleetwood told American Faith that “RNA/DNA-based vaccines, like the COVID-19 shot, are linked to over 1,200 diseases per Pfizer’s own data. The CDC reports over 38,000 deaths and 220,000 hospitalizations tied to the shot—but if HHS documents are accurate, these represent less than 1% of the true toll. Vioxx was pulled for far fewer deaths.”
