Megyn Kelly Endorses Trump as ‘Protector of Women’ at PA Rally

At a rally last night in Pennsylvania, former Fox News host Megyn Kelly took the stage to endorse Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential election, highlighting his platform and character in a push to appeal to conservative voters. Kelly, a significant figure in conservative media, praised Trump’s commitment to protecting American freedoms and referred to him as a “protector of women,” drawing notable attention from attendees and media alike.

Kelly’s endorsement, a significant nod to Trump’s campaign, follows a period of open dialogue from Kelly on her podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show, where she has expressed both support and critique of Trump’s political style. However, at the rally, her support was evident.

Kelly commented from the stage, saying, “He will be a protector of women, and it’s why I’m voting for him. He will close the border. He will keep the boys out of girls’ sports and where they don’t belong.”

Kelly was vocal about her disdain for the Biden-Harris administration and their approach to national security, which, according to her, would only be continued with a Harris-Walz administration. She noted, “And people like Laken Riley. I’ll be thinking about her tomorrow all day, 22 years old, killed in Georgia, a young nursing student by an illegal. I’ll be thinking about Jocelyn Nungaray, 12 years old in Texas, murdered by two Venezuelan illegals. President Trump closed the border. Kamala Harris opened it by choice. It wasn’t accidental.”

She concluded her time on stage with a powerful message: “ I prefer a president who understands how to be strong and how to fight. I hope all of you do what I did last week. Vote Trump and get ten friends to vote Trump too.”

Kelly’s public endorsement underscores a trend among prominent conservatives who view Trump as a defender of traditional American values in the current political climate. As Election Day approaches, support from influential voices like Kelly could prove influential, especially among demographics still weighing their options.
