Illegal Migrants on Medicaid and Voter Rolls, Says DOGE Official

Top officials from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) say millions of illegal migrants released under former President Joe Biden’s border policies have now entered the United States’ welfare and election systems. In a startling revelation, DOGE officials confirmed that many of these individuals were issued Social Security numbers and some even cast ballots in the 2024 election.

Antonio Gracias, a DOGE official and former Democrat donor, detailed the loophole in a recent interview, stating that migrants were routinely issued Notices to Appear (NTAs), granting them legal standing while they await court hearings—often delayed six years or more. This quasi-legal status has enabled them to file for asylum, apply for work permits, and ultimately receive Social Security numbers without undergoing identity verification or even fingerprinting.

Gracias confirmed that nearly 25% of reviewed migrants did not have their fingerprints taken at all when crossing into the U.S. Once issued a work permit (Form 766), recipients were automatically mailed Social Security cards. “No interview, no vetting—that’s where the majority of growth is happening,” he stated.

DOGE’s internal review traced these individuals through welfare databases. Over 1.3 million migrants are currently enrolled in Medicaid, with the number increasing rapidly. In addition, thousands were found on voter rolls across several states, and some had already voted in the last presidential election. Gracias called the discovery “shocking,” stating, “If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it.”

The issue goes beyond just financial costs. Gracias confirmed that some Medicaid enrollees matched profiles on the federal Terrorist Watch List. He also warned that the Democrat Party is executing a long-term strategy to shift voter demographics, pointing to California as an example of how amnesty led to political transformation. “This was a move to import voters,” he said.

DOGE chief Elon Musk supported the findings, noting that potentially millions of illegal migrants are now embedded in the Social Security system. These revelations raise serious concerns about national security, election integrity, and the financial burden on American taxpayers.

Gracias concluded that this crisis represents only a fraction of the broader issue. ICE currently tracks at least 7.8 million illegal migrants known to be in the country, not including untold millions more who have entered undetected. “This is not a political issue,” he said. “This is about America.”
