Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) dropped a bombshell Friday on Fox News’ Hannity, revealing that a Secret Service whistleblower claimed President Joe Biden would get lost in his own closet at the White House. The stunning allegation raises fresh concerns about Biden’s mental fitness as he continues to campaign for a second term.
Hawley, speaking with host Sean Hannity, described the situation as potentially the “biggest White House presidential scandal in history.” According to Hawley, a Secret Service agent assigned to Biden told him the president would “literally stumble around in the White House residence, couldn’t find his way out of his own closet.”
“This is outrageous,” Hawley said, adding that the American people have been lied to about Biden’s health and mental state. He blasted the media for covering up Biden’s decline, saying, “They sold this country out for years, and they did it for power.”
The Missouri senator’s comments add fuel to ongoing speculation about Biden’s cognitive abilities. For months, critics have pointed to his frequent gaffes, visible confusion during public events, and tendency to rely on note cards as signs of deeper issues.
Hawley’s statement also highlights growing frustration among Republicans over what they see as a media blackout protecting Biden from legitimate scrutiny. As questions mount, the whistleblower’s claim about Biden’s apparent struggles in the White House could become a focal point in the 2024 campaign.
