Ford Motor Company announced an initiative called “From America, For America,” offering customers employee pricing until June 2.
“For the next couple of months, we’re gonna offer our customers the same deal that our employees get,” Ford Chief Policy Officer Steve Croley said during an interview with Fox News. “That’s worth thousands of dollars. You come into our store, you get employee pricing.”
Crowley said that customers have expressed “uncertainty,” noting that the company wants them to be “assured that Ford, the most American auto company, is gonna do right by them, as are our dealers.”
“We make the most cars here, we employ the most, we export the most,” he said. “And so, we here at Ford, we’re in a good position to address customers’ concern, and give them a really great deal on a great vehicle.”
Rob Kaffl, Ford’s director of U.S. sales and dealer relations, said in a statement, “In times like these, talk is cheap. At Ford, we believe in action. For 121 years, we’ve put our money where our mouth is, assembling vehicles that Americans rely on and supporting American jobs. Today, I’m proud to announce a new U.S. initiative that’s more than just a promotion – it’s a handshake deal with every American.”
Kaffle said the “handshake deal” includes “access to significant savings on a wide range of 2024 and 2025 gas, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and diesel Ford and Lincoln vehicles.” He noted that the deal “excludes Raptors, specialty Mustang and Bronco vehicles, the 2025 Expedition and Navigator SUVs and Super Duty trucks.”
“This Ford Motor Company: From America, For America program is a testament to our commitment to assembling where we sell,” the announcement added. “It’s a way for us to give back to the communities that have supported us for generations.”
