DOJ’s Ed Martin Investigating Biden’s Autopen

Pardon Attorney for the Department of Justice, Ed Martin, revealed that he has launched an investigation into former President Joe Biden’s autopen signatures for the clemency granted his family members and death row inmates.

According to an email obtained by Reuters, the investigation pertains to whether Biden “was competent and whether others were taking advantage of him through use of AutoPen or other means.”

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) recently announced a separate autopen investigation amid Biden’s declining health.

“The cover-up of President Biden’s obvious mental decline is a historic scandal. The American people deserve to know when this decline began, how far it progressed, and who was making critical decisions on his behalf. Key executive actions signed by autopen, such as sweeping pardons for the Biden Crime Family, must be examined considering President Biden’s diminished capacity,” Comer said last month.

“In the last Congress, the Biden White House blocked these individuals from providing testimony to the Oversight Committee as part of the effort to cover-up Biden’s declining health,” he added. “Any continued obstruction will be met with swift and decisive action. The American people demand transparency and accountability now.”

In March, President Donald Trump condemned Biden’s pardons, declaring them “void” and “vacant.”

“The ‘pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” he wrote on Truth Social. “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden.”
