Criminal Illegal Aliens Florida, ICE Cracks Down

Florida’s new immigration detention center, known as “Alligator Alcatraz,” is now operational—and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the capture of dozens of criminal illegal aliens likely headed there. DHS released a detailed list of violent offenders arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) across the state, highlighting a coordinated effort to remove high-risk individuals.

Among the arrests, ICE Miami detained Adolfo Santoscoy-Rodriguez, a Mexican national convicted of child abuse and forcible rape. Venezuelan national Noel Acosta-Moya was also arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a child under 13. Another Venezuelan, Santo Villaba-Reyes, has a homicide conviction.

Guatemalan Alberto Godinez-Lopez, Haitian Johnny Dieudonne, and Filipino Jan Veslino were also taken into custody. Their criminal charges include homicide, kidnapping, and traveling to meet a minor for sex, respectively.

ICE arrested Mauro Gomes-Barbosa of Brazil and Iranian national Maher Elbrahimizada, both convicted of homicide. Elbrahimizada also has an arson conviction. Cuban illegal immigrant Roberto Mosquera-Del Peral, a documented Latin Kings gang member, has multiple convictions, including assault, vehicle theft, and homicide.

Colombian national Mauricio Lopez-Cardona has a criminal record involving drug trafficking, murder tied to narcotics, and conspiracy to aid a foreign terrorist organization. Peruvian Paul Urquiza-Orosco has been convicted of producing and distributing child pornography.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem stated that Alligator Alcatraz gives authorities “the capability to lock up some of the worst scumbags who entered our country under the previous administration.” She confirmed expanded bed space and rapid deployment capabilities, emphasizing cooperation with Florida officials.

President Donald Trump recently toured the facility and confirmed its purpose: to house, process, and deport the most dangerous illegal aliens in the nation.
