Bill Gates to Appear Before Dutch Court in Vaccine Lawsuit

Bill Gates will appear before a Dutch court due to his involvement with the COVID-19 vaccines.

According to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, seven plaintiffs have taken action against Gates, former Prime Minister Mark Rutte, former Minister Hugo de Jonge, and several members of the Outbreak Management Team. The plaintiffs alleged that Gates, through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), knew the COVID-19 vaccines were not “safe and effective.” Due to their knowledge of the vaccine’s issues, Gates and others “deliberately” misled the public.

The plaintiffs further argued that the pandemic was part of “The Great Reset.”

“In this reorganization, all factors that determine human life are made the subject of forced change by the WEF and the UN,” a court document reads. “Characteristic of this political ideology is that this forced and planned change is presented as justified by pretending that the world is suffering from major crises that can only be solved by centralized, hard global intervention. One of these pretended major crises concerns the Covid-19 pandemic.”

Those taking action against Gates and government officials “suffered mental and physical injuries as a result of these injections,” the document explained.

Gates claimed that the Dutch court had no jurisdiction to judge him because he is an American citizen.

“The dispute in this incident revolves around the question of whether this court has jurisdiction to hear the claims instituted by [redacted] et al. against Gates in the main proceedings,” the document says. “Gates resides in the United States. There is no treaty applicable between the Netherlands and the United States that contains rules on jurisdiction in civil and commercial matters such as those at issue here. The question of whether the Dutch court has jurisdiction over Gates must therefore be answered on the basis of general international jurisdiction law, as laid down in, among other things, Articles 1-14 of the Code of Civil Procedure.”

The court ruled that it does have jurisdiction over Gates. Because of the “connection between the claims against the various defendants,” the document describes, Gates is under the Dutch court’s jurisdiction.

As the losing party, Gates must pay a total of € 1,406.00 for legal fees.

A hearing has been set for November 27, 2024.
