Trump Celebrates ‘Great Meeting’ with Xi Jinping

President Donald Trump announced that he had a “great meeting” with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Trump said there is “enormous respect between our two Countries, and that will only be enhanced with what just took place. We agreed on many things, with others, even of high importance, being very close to resolved.”

Under the new agreement, China will begin the purchase of soybeans, sorghum, and other farm products, Trump said, declaring that U.S. farmers will be “very happy!”

“Additionally, China has agreed to continue the flow of Rare Earth, Critical Minerals, Magnets, etc., openly and freely. Very significantly, China has strongly stated that they will work diligently with us to stop the flow of Fentanyl into our Country. They will help us end the Fentanyl Crisis. China also agreed that they will begin the process of purchasing American Energy,” the president added. “In fact, a very large scale transaction may take place concerning the purchase of Oil and Gas from the Great State of Alaska.”

The agreements will deliver “Prosperity and Security to millions of Americans,” Trump noted.

Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump said, “I thought it was an amazing meeting,” explaining that “a lot of decisions were made, too — there wasn’t too much left out there, and we’ve come to conclusion on many very important points.”

Earlier this month, Trump eased fears surrounding trade with China, writing on Truth Social, “Don’t worry about China, it will all be fine! Highly respected President Xi just had a bad moment. He doesn’t want Depression for his country, and neither do I. The U.S.A. wants to help China, not hurt it!!!”
