Colorado Springs Nightclub Raid, 114 Illegal Immigrants Nabbed

Federal authorities announced the arrest of 114 illegal immigrants Sunday after a major raid on an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs, frequented by members of the violent Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gangs. The operation, led by the DEA’s Rocky Mountain Division, revealed a dangerous network involving drugs, weapons, prostitution, and criminal gang activity.

The raid, which involved more than 300 agents from the DEA, FBI, ATF, ICE, and Homeland Security Investigations, uncovered pink cocaine, methamphetamine, firearms, and evidence of human trafficking. Officials said the illegal nightclub housed over 200 people at the time of the bust.

DEA Rocky Mountain Division confirmed, “@DHSgov has taken more than 100 illegal aliens into custody,” adding that the raid seized significant amounts of drugs and weapons. Some of those detained are expected to face federal immigration charges, and at least two individuals were arrested on existing warrants.

President Donald Trump addressed the raid on Truth Social, praising the operation while warning of the consequences if illegal immigration is not controlled. “If we don’t win this battle at the Supreme Court, our Country, as we know it, is FINISHED! It will be a Crime ridden MESS,” Trump wrote.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi also praised the results, highlighting the broad federal effort. Bondi noted the seizure of dangerous narcotics and the detention of over 100 illegal immigrants tied to violent criminal organizations.

The raid exposed deeper problems tied to Colorado’s sanctuary policies. Douglas County Sheriff Darren Weekly criticized the state’s leadership, blaming radical sanctuary legislation for making Colorado a magnet for illegal immigration and gang activity. “As the Sheriff of Douglas County I will do everything I can within Colorado law to support our federal partners,” Weekly told The Gazette.

Among the club’s patrons were about a dozen active-duty U.S. service members, found either working as security or attending the event. DEA Special Agent Jonathan Pullen said the service members would be handled by Army CID but were not under arrest at the time.

Colorado Springs Police Chief Adrian Vasquez confirmed his department participated to address serious criminal activity but clarified that local officers do not conduct immigration enforcement under Colorado law.

The raid is one of the largest multi-agency immigration crackdowns so far during President Trump’s second term, reflecting his administration’s aggressive efforts to secure American communities and dismantle criminal networks tied to illegal immigration.
