Scarborough’s shock comes amidst millions of Americans who have dealt with the reality of inflation since the Biden administration took office in 2020.
Scarborough conceded on air this election was a simple choice for many Americans, primarily on the issue of the economy. He commented on air, saying, “If you look at the cost of groceries, if you look at the cost of gas, if you look at the cost of things compared to four years ago, it was a very simple answer for working-class Americans.”
Scarborough’s comment only comes after a landslide Trump-Vance victory. Last week on air, the host was caught praising the economy under the Biden-Harris administration, saying, “The next president inherits a remarkable economy.”
A wide variety of Democrats and news analysts have changed their tune in a post-election America. While many previously praised the previous administration’s handling of the economy and immigration, they are now sharing their disdain for how Biden and Kamala allowed such key issues to spiral out of control.
