Former U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard is suing the Biden administration over her placement on a terror watchlist through the Quiet Skies program.
Whistleblowers previously revealed that two Explosive Detection Canine Teams, one Transportation Security Specialist, one plainclothes TSA Supervisor, and three Federal Air Marshalls accompanied Gabbard on each of her flights.
Gabbard was likely added to the watchlist after she criticized the Deep State in an appearance on Fox News.
“My own government, my president, my commander-in-chief is targeting me as a potential domestic terrorist, the closest word that comes to mind is a complete sense of betrayal,” Gabbard said, adding, “Of course, there’s no explanation given, which is why we are taking legal recourse.”
Last week, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) announced that it would be taking legal action against the Biden administration for the “unconstitutional targeting of an American for her political speech.”
“The Biden-Harris TSA’s apparent retaliation for Gabbard’s political activity is not just an affront to her rights but also to the rights of all Americans,” the ACLJ wrote.
The organization has demanded that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and TSA provide communication records related to Gabbard.
