Russia’s ‘Merchant Of Death’ Warns Donald Trump His Life Is In ‘Danger’

Russia’s “merchant of death” Viktor Bout recently sent Donald Trump a message, warning the former president his life was in “danger.”

QUICK FACTS:
  • Russia’s “merchant of death” Viktor Bout recently sent Donald Trump a message, saying he believed the former president’s life would be in “danger” if he stayed in the United States.
  • In an interview on Russian state television, Viktor Bout, an international arms dealer who rose to fame after being played by Nicolas Cage in the 2005 film “Lord of War,” told a reporter that he sent a Telegram message to Trump warning him of impending danger to his life and urging him to flee to Russia for his own safety.
  • “The legal process which has now begun in New York won’t just end in Donald Trump being convicted and barred from the [2024] election,” Bout said.
  • The international outlaw believed Trump would be safest in Russia, where he could lead an “uprising” against the elites and save the American people.
  • “Most likely he will simply be eliminated there,” Bout said. “Therefore, I think it’s in the best interests of all of humanity and primarily all of the American people to invite Donald Trump here, to Russia, to give him security and protection here so that he leads this uprising against the globalists and, most importantly, does not allow the elimination of the American people.”
RUSSIAN ARMS DEALER VIKTOR BOUT’S MESSAGE TO FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP:

“You will be welcome in Russia. You will have safe haven,” Bout said.

BACKGROUND:
  • In December 2022, the Biden administration traded the high-level arms dealer to get WNBA star Brittney Griner out of a Russian prison.
  • Former DEA agent, Tom Pasquarello, who played a key role in bringing the notorious arms smuggler to justice more than a decade ago, believed Russia got the upper hand in the prisoner swap and that the United States would end up paying a high price.
  • “I’m kind of in disbelief that someone with the potential to orchestrate arms deals that can kill Americans anywhere in the world would be traded for a prisoner,” Pasquarello said hours after Bout was released.
  • He went on to argue the swap was more of a “free deal” for Russia rather than a fair trade between the two nations.
  • “We couldn’t even get two people for the world’s most notorious weapons trafficker, for a man who has been responsible for more carnage and blood diamonds and insurrections and threats to democracy than anyone else in the world,” he said. “How is that a negotiation? That’s like a free deal.”
