The Hong Kong government announced in its update on monitoring COVID-19 vaccination on Sept. 28, stating that in the past week till 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 25, the Hong Kong Department of Health (DH) had received a total of 25 reports of adverse events following COVID-19 immunization.
